About Clare Stokolosa

I have always been fascinated by light and reflections. Growing up in Astoria, New York, I was influenced by the light and patterns cast from the sun on buildings and the elevated train tracks.

As a visual artist, I create both in my studio in Long Island City and en plein air across New York, Italy, and beyond. My artistic journey frequently takes me to Cortona, Tuscany, where my work is represented by Galleria Nazionale Cortona.
