Cortona Pitcher

This is a still-life I painted. I moved one of my painting stations near my widow to capture the natural sunlight. I have a ceramic pitcher with the classic sun flower symbol of Cortona Italy.  Cortona is a town where I spend time and paint and it is set in a beautiful mountain top in Tuscany. I am home in NY. I did a painting of this as I sat by my window looking out at Manhattan through the Venetian blinds. I am day dreaming of traveling as I sit here snd paint. The pitcher makes me think of my friends in Italy and the cit yscene is a hint of NYC. This includes a classic black wood frame and 1.5 inch white mat and is ready to display as part of this offer.
